Data Deletion Instructions

You can permanently close your TattWise account from your account settings. Sign in, open your Profile, choose Account Settings, then select Delete My Account. You will be asked to confirm the request before your account is closed.

Need help with a deletion request?

If you cannot sign in or need help with an account deletion request, email support@tattwise.com from the email address associated with your TattWise account. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is from the account holder.

What happens after a request

TattWise removes or de-identifies eligible personal profile information when an account is closed. Some information may be retained where legally required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or marketplace recordkeeping. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
